First time trying CrossFit? Don’t worry, our coaches will guide you through your first day to make sure you understand the workout, meet some new friends, and enjoy all the benefits of the Heart and Hustle Community.

First time trying CrossFit? Let’s start here. Elements is a three-day class that will cover topics such as the proper squat form, deadlift, and other specialized movements that come up frequently in our WOD’s (Work Out of the Day). At Heart and Hustle, we believe solid mechanical technique is key to a long and healthy journey with CrossFit. Be prepared to meet some new friends, learn the basics, and sweat your way through these core classes. This class is required for any athlete new to CrossFit.

OLY LIFTING

Thursdays 6:30 pm
This class focuses on strength training through classic Olympic lifting. All unlimited members are welcome to participate.

COMPETITOR’S CLASS

Saturday 10:30 am
Designed for those who love to compete! Whether you are a seasoned athlete or new to competing, surround yourself with a community that’s not afraid of the hustle.
